As a young company “Fitzgerald’s House” was our second major project. It will not be an understatement to call this project a mini commercial system. With 12,000+ sq ft spread over a multi-acre plot with a view of Oneida Lake, the system included 2 heats pumps, perimeter snow melt, 2 boilers, radiant floor heating, and completely customized duct work, we call the system a work of art. Furthermore, a state-of-the-art monitoring and remote-control system was specifically designed keeping in mind all the parameters that required attention and all necessary safeguards were built in considering the extreme demands that the system might face. The house was built to last generations, hence the decision to install an NP Environmental geothermal heat pump system. Mr. Fitzgerald, being a successful business owner completely understood the value the system offers and was one of the first early proponent / adopter’s in our area. Since his first house project, we have done multiple other project’s for him including his factories and other homes as he remains a loyal customer and a respected mentor for our team.
