Beginning Work on a 37,000 sqft Steel Building In Central NY

Under new construction in Central NY is a 37,000 sqft commercial steel building which will soon serve as an expansion to the existing manufacturing facility.

NP Environmental was awarded the task of designing and installing the complete mechanical system including NG modulating condensing boiler units coupled to a low temperature radiant hydronic panel floor array.  With R50 walls and R40 ceiling insulation, the addition coupled with the insulation updates already installed in the existing structure will bring the heating costs of the entire expanded facility equal to or less than the original structure.
