When Michael F. set out to build a new home, he had three goals in mind; use the best of the best for design and construction, utilize renewable resources to supply the properties utilities and finally, make the basement large enough for a full size basket ball court.  The project is curretnly moving strongly through the design phases with ground breaking anticipated well before the frost hits.

NP Environmental was awarded the task of designing and installing the complete mechanical system including multiple Earth Linked geothermal units coupled to a radiant hydronic panel floor array.  Also slated for design and installation is the use of a 10kW Aerostar wind turbine along with a rainwater collection and purification system, both capable of satisfying the buildings demand in its entierty.
